Other Information

Special Discounts

We want our activities to be affordable to the widest range of people. Our concessions price (concs) is for people in full time education or those who rely solely on a state benefit to survive. If you can afford to pay the full price, please do not ask for a concession as it invariably affects the service we can deliver.

Some shows are brought to The Met by external promoters who do not always offer the same concessions for shows.

Refunds

We regret that we are unable to offer refunds. Exchange of tickets may be possible for other events at The Met.

Seating

The Met offers numbered seating to our customers for most events in the main theatre. You may request a particular seat when you book your tickets according to the seating plan. Many of our events are standing or partially seated - please check when purchasing your tickets.
