Multi-instrumentalist Tim Edey presents an evening of Seasonal Celtic tunes

BBC Radio 2 Musician of the Year winner Tim Edey comes to The Met on Friday 6 December at 8pm for an evening of Celtic Christmas music.


One of the finest melodeon players of his generation anywhere in the world, multi-instrumentalist Tim Edey has toured and recorded with major names in Celic roots including The Chieftains, Christy Moore, Sharon Shannon, Capercaillie, Brendan Power, Michael McGoldrick, Seamus Begley, Dougie Maclean, Session A9 and Lunasa. His duet with Kiwi harmonica player Brendan Power won Best Duo at the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards in 2012, when Tim also won the award for Musician of the Year.
