Stars of tomorrow needed for The Secret Garden at The Met this Christmas

The Met and Proper Job Theatre Company are holding auditions on Saturday 14 September for young actors to take part in this year’s Christmas show, The Secret Garden.

They are looking for talented people aged 7-19 to take on roles in the chorus, with the opportunity for those aged 16+ to take on an additional role as a puppeteer. Strong singers are required for these roles as they are musically focused, forming a vital part of the production in which you will be on stage for the majority of the show. This is an amazing opportunity for any young people interested in making acting their career.

Proper Job Theatre Company use their own distinctive theatrical method and style to transform classics into theatrical masterpieces, creating work which is visually inspiring and creatively engaging.

Auditions will take place between 11am and 4.30pm at The Met. Those interested must be willing to commit to rehearsals twice a week (one evening a week and all day Sunday) and during the October half term.

To register for an audition slot or for more information please contact Linda at Proper Job Theatre Company on 01484 514 687 or email mail@properjob.org.uk.
