Sheelanagig are a group of incredible players who make you want to dance your socks off to their intricate Balkan arrangements.

Formed in early 2005 the band quickly earned a reputation for their exhilarating and intense live performances. Their shows have grown to incorporate aspects of street theatre, storytelling and even acrobatics. Expect mayhem, a lot of laughs and some great music.

“A completely top night out.” Mike Harding

The sequencer blues project of Rik Warren (Noon, Honeyfeet) and David Schlechtriemen (Driver Drive Faster, The Pickpocket Network, Honeyfeet), Walk has garnered praise from audiences and critics all across the UK. The duo may be named Walk but Stomp might be more apt given the similarity to Junior Kimbrough’s persistent riffs, while Schlechtriemen manages the drums and the sequencer – at the same time!

“The kick with Walk is the evolution to sequencer blues; leaving electric blues in the past by warping their sonic creations with 21st century gadgetry”Now Then Manchester

Please note: previously advertised support Tantz will no longer be appearing.
