Homegrown, The Met’s annual festival of the finest English folk music, returns this October for another weekend of great music at venues across Bury.

This year’s festival features nine concerts over the weekend of Thursday 16, Friday 17 and Saturday 18 October, with events taking place at The Met and the Castle Armoury Drill Hall in Bury town centre.

Artists appearing at the festival include Fisherman’s Friends, Show of Hands, Brighouse and Rastrick Brass Band, Nizlopi, Bella Hardy, Spiro, Kathryn Roberts and Sean Lakeman – and over a dozen others.

Book for any four different festival events we’ll give you 20% off the ticket price

Taking place alongside the festival is the English Folk Expo, a music industry event that will bring delegates to the town from all over the world to experience the cream of English folk.
